We inspect every RV in our full service department before we offer it for sale. It also has a big lighted ELECTRIC patio awning for all your outdoor fun!. Also this fifth wheel has an ALUMINUM FRAME and VAC-BONDED FIBERGLASS EXTERIOR! So it is lighter and more impervious. It is equipped with an AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM. This trailer with it's four seasons insulation, will keep you comfortable all year round in very cold or very hot weather. It has a fully ducted air-conditioner and a large furnace. This fifth wheel is very open and spacious. The bathroom has a HUGE glass enclosed shower, great sink/vanity, and commode. The bathroom is completely private in it's own room next to the master. The king sized bed lifts up so you can sit up in bed, and the entire bed becomes a giant lounge area.

The entertainment center has tons of storage, a lovely large flatscreen TV, and fireplace! The entertainment center really makes the space look like home. The master bedroom is very nice and private with a WALK AROUND QUEEN BED with panoramic windows for better light and enjoying the views, great closet area with washer/dryer hook ups, and a nice built ins. The loveseat has HEATED MASSAGE SEATS, with handy built in lighted cup holders. The couch, and recliners are placed smartly for viewing the entertainment center. The living space is laid out smartly with a comfy hide-a-bed couch, and a recliner loveseat. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen.The living space has lots of windows to let in tons of NATURAL LIGHT. The kitchen is fully equipped with large 11 CUBIC FOOT 12 VOLT REFRIGERATOR BY FURRION, BIG PANTRY SPACE, stainless steel sink, residential style faucet, 3-burner stove/oven, and microwave/hood fan. THE KITCHEN IS STUNNING! There is SOOOOO MUCH COUNTERSPACE in this layout. The whole trailer is so beautiful with fresh MODERN FARMHOUSE DECOR and inviting neutral tones. It has FOUR SEASON INSULATION with great insulation throughout the trailer, and a heated and enclosed underbelly. It has tons of storage built in throughout the trailer, including great outdoor storage. THIS FIFTH WHEEL IS SO AWESOME! The Layout is so smart, this one won't disappoint.
